Wonderfully located between the cities of Fulda and Wuerzburg, only 10 km from Hammelburg (the oldest documented wine growing city in Franken) and 12 km from Bad Kissingen (Germany's most renowned health resort which offers a wide range of cultural, leisure and wellness opportunities).
Only a short distance away is the nature park and biosphere reserve Rhoen as well as numerous wine growing villages. Nearby are the gentle rolling hills which culminate in the Rhoen as well as the Thulba Valley.

A one of a kind landscape with vast free areas and thick forests alternating with sunny vineyards is an invitation to spend the day in nature on foot, bicycling or on horseback.
